Nuestros notarios trabajan de 8am - 8pm y pueden ir a la locación que usted los necesite. Tenga en mente que podemos negarle el servicio a cualquier cliente. Si la locación que usted desea vernos no es apropiado, limpio, o publico, (al menos que sea su casa u oficina) es mas seguro que no van a continuar con los sevicos que usted desea.

Our notaries work from 8am - 8pm and are available to meet at any location that is necessary for you. Keep in mind that we can deny our sevices to any client. If the location of your choosing is not appropriate, clean, and public (other than it being your home or office) it is more than likely that we will not continue with the service you desired.

Locaciones apropiadas:

Restaurantes: McDonalds, Wendy's, Starbucks, etc...,
Su casa: Por favor mantenga una area limpia para que el notario pueda trabajar de una manera cómoda y con cuidado.
Oficinas: Tenga en mente que nosotros tambien trabajamos con citas, nuestros notarios no pueden esperar mas que 15 minutos. Por favor mantenga por lo menos media hora libre para poder ayudarle con rapidez.
Parques: Podemos ir a algún parque con tal que sea antes de las 5pm o que el sol todavía este arriba de los arboles. se prefiere que haya una mesa para que nuestros notarios puedan trabajar con cuidado, cómodos, y con mucha rapidez.

No le podemos dar servicio:

Si no es un lugar publico, al menos que sea su casa u oficina.
Si el lugar no esta limpio
si el lugar no esta en una locación segura
Si el notario espera mas que 15 minutos

Appropriate locations

Restaurants: McDonalds, Wendy's, Starbucks, etc...,
Your home: Please maintain a clean area so that the notary can work comfortably and carefully.
Offices: Keep in mind that we also work with appointments, our notaries cannot wait more than 15 minutes. Please keep at least half an hour free so we can help you quickly.
Parks: We can go to a park as long as it is before 5pm or the sun is still above the trees. It is preferred that there be a table so that our notaries can work carefully, comfortably, and very quickly.

We cannot provide service:

if it is not a public place, at least it is your home or office.
If the place is not clean
if the place is not in a safe location
If the notary waits more than 15 minutes

Que necesito llevar al notario?

Una identificación que este vigente y que sea gubernamental (de gobierno). Este documento debe de tener su foto y nombre completo. Debe de ser de parte de una agencia o autoridad del gobierno.
El documento debe de estar en fisico. No se aceptan fotos ni impresiones del ID.
- Pasaporte, Licencia de conducir, Identificación de su Pais, DUI, DPI, DNI, Credencial para votar, papeles migratorios, permiso de trabajo.
- Si usted a renovado su identificacion y no le a llegado la identificacion nueva, nos debe de ensenar una prueba de la renovacion en donde podemos comparar los datos de ambos documentos.
Su nombre debe de estar escrito en el documento como este en su identificacion. El documento puede llevar también su PRIMER nombre y su PRIMER apellido.
- Por ejemplo, si su nombre esta en su Identificación como "Miguel Angel Escobar Peralta" debe de estar escrito en el documento igualmente o como "Miguel Escobar". No se acepta "Miguel Peralta" ni "Angel Escobar.
Si su nombre esta mal escrito en la identificación, lamentablemente debe de ir igual en el documento que se va notarizar.
- por ejemplo, "Migel Angel Ecobar Palta", así mismo debe de estar escrito su nombre o "Migel Ecobar".
La persona quien firma el documento, no puede firmar el documento si no esta frente al notario. Esa persona debe de estar presente con el notario OBLIGATORIAMENTE.
si mas que una persona firma el documento, todos deben de estar presente.

What should I bring?

An identification that is current and that is governmental (government). This document must have your photo and full name. It must be from a government agency or authority.
- The document/ID
- must be physical. Photos or ID printouts are not accepted.
- Passport, Driver's License, Identification of your Country, DUI, DPI, DNI, Voting Credential, Immigration Papers, Work Permit.
- If you have renewed your identification and you have not received the new identification, you must show us proof of the renewal where we can compare the data from both documents.
Your name must be written on the document as it is on your ID. The document can also have your FIRST name and your FIRST last name.
- For example, if your name is on your ID as "Miguel Angel Escobar Peralta" it must be written on the document either as "Miguel Escobar". "Miguel Peralta" or "Angel Escobar" are not accepted.
- If your name is misspelled on the identification, unfortunately it must be the same on the document that is going to be notarized.
- for example, "Migel Angel Ecobar Palta", your name or "Migel Ecobar" must also be written.
The person who signs the document cannot sign the document if he or she is not in front of the notary. That person must MANDATORY be present with the notary.
If more than one person signs the document, everyone must be present with the requisites above.
